- ✓Site-visit booking with SMS and WhatsApp confirmation to the sales team
- ✓Live inventory grid — available, held, blocked, booked — synced to your ERP
- ✓RERA registration, brochure, floor plan, and payment schedule live on the page
- ✓99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com listing sync and channel-partner attribution
Why generic templates fail real estate developers
Every builder in India starts with the same website. A theme from Themeforest, a hero video of an unrelated skyline, three project cards in a slider, a contact form that emails a shared inbox, and a WhatsApp floating button that lands on a personal number. It looks fine on the desktop mockup and it does almost nothing when a real buyer arrives from a Google search for "3 BHK in South Bopal under 1.2 crore".
Real estate buyers do not behave like ecommerce buyers. The decision cycle is six weeks to eighteen months. Trust is earned through detail — carpet area, super built-up, floor plate, sample flat photos, RERA number, delivery timeline, payment schedule, legal title clarity. A prospect who cannot find the RERA registration number in ten seconds moves to the next builder. A buyer who cannot see a real live availability grid still calls the office to check, which means the website has not saved the sales team any time.
We have been building websites for developers, builders, and channel partners from Ahmedabad since 2012 — and the pattern that works is boring. Ship a fast, SEO-clean site with real project data, wire the enquiry form to your CRM with proper source tagging, expose live inventory so the buyer trusts the price, and let the sales team spend their day walking hot leads through the sample flat instead of answering "is 402 still available" on WhatsApp.
Modules a real estate website actually needs in 2026
Real estate is not one website — it is usually a corporate site, a project microsite per launch, a buyer portal for booked customers, and a channel-partner login. We scope which pieces you need on the discovery call and cost each module honestly.
- ›Project landing pages — hero, USPs, location map, floor plans, gallery, RERA, brochure download
- ›Live inventory grid — tower-by-tower unit availability with status, price, carpet area, and facing
- ›Site-visit booking — date, time, party size, ride-request toggle, SMS + WhatsApp confirmation
- ›Enquiry forms with source and campaign tagging pushed to your CRM in real time
- ›EMI calculator, cost-sheet builder, and payment-schedule preview per unit
- ›Virtual tour, drone footage, and sample-flat 360 embed with lazy loading for mobile
- ›Buyer portal for booked customers — payment schedule, receipts, construction updates, documents
- ›Channel-partner (CP) login — inventory access, walk-in registration, brokerage claim tracking
- ›Blog and locality-guide CMS for long-tail SEO (South Bopal, Shela, Prahladnagar, etc.)
- ›Multi-language and NRI-friendly routing (INR + USD price display, timezone-aware call slots)
RERA, brokerage, and disclosure — built into the template
Every state RERA has a slightly different disclosure format, but the intent is the same — the buyer must be able to see the registration number, project details, promoter details, carpet area, agreement copy, and quarterly compliance updates without hunting for them. In practice, that means the website has to render the RERA badge at the top of every project page, link to the official RERA project page, expose the registration certificate as a downloadable PDF, and keep the carpet area, super built-up, and layout plans on the page in a format the RERA authority accepts as consumer-facing disclosure.
For channel partners and brokers, the website also has to comply with the RERA brokerage licensing rules — displaying the broker's RERA agent registration number, clarifying the commission structure where relevant, and keeping call-recording and consent notices visible on lead-capture forms so buyer data collection stays audit-clean.
We have shipped RERA-compliant websites for developers registered with Gujarat RERA, MahaRERA, Karnataka RERA, and TNRERA, and the compliance surface is baked into our project template — the developer only has to plug in the certificate PDFs, the registration numbers, and the quarterly progress reports, and the site handles rendering them consistently across every project page.
- ›RERA registration badge and PDF download on every project page
- ›Carpet-area, super built-up, and layout disclosure in the RERA-mandated format
- ›Quarterly progress report upload with automatic archive by financial year
- ›Broker RERA agent registration displayed on every channel-partner page
- ›Consent checkbox and call-recording notice on every enquiry form
- ›Cookie banner and privacy policy aligned with DPDP Act 2023 for Indian buyers
The buyer journey your website has to support
A real estate lead does not convert in one visit. The website has to be the memory of every interaction — first click, brochure download, site-visit booking, sales call, second visit, negotiation, token, booking, agreement, payment, possession. Each of those events has to leave a trail the sales team can pick up without asking the buyer to repeat themselves.
The workflow we build on nearly every engagement follows a fixed sequence, and each step in the sequence has a page, a form, a CRM push, and a notification — so nothing depends on someone remembering to update a spreadsheet at end of day.
- ›Discovery — buyer lands from Google, Meta, or 99acres and views a project page
- ›Capture — brochure download, callback request, or WhatsApp click captures the lead with UTM and channel tags
- ›Nurture — automated WhatsApp + email drip with floor plans, virtual tour, EMI examples
- ›Site visit — buyer picks a slot from the live calendar; sales gets a Slack + SMS ping
- ›Post-visit — sales logs outcome in CRM; buyer sees a follow-up sequence in their inbox
- ›Token and booking — buyer pays token via Razorpay; the unit flips to "held" in the inventory grid
- ›Agreement and payments — buyer signs on DocuSign; payment schedule appears in the buyer portal
- ›Possession — construction milestones and handover documents delivered in the buyer portal
Portals, CRMs, and payment tools we wire into the website
A real estate website in India rarely lives alone. Buyer traffic comes from 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, Sulekha, and NoBroker in parallel with Google and Meta ads; leads have to land in the same CRM regardless of source; brochure downloads and site-visit bookings have to trigger WhatsApp templates on the official Business API; and payments have to reconcile with the finance team's Tally or Zoho Books.
We handle each of these as a first-class integration, not a plugin bolt-on. Listing feeds sync inventory to portals and pull enquiries back with source attribution. WhatsApp Business API templates are approved and wired through Interakt, AiSensy, or Gupshup so booking confirmations and construction updates go out without a personal number. Razorpay, PayU, and Stripe handle token payments and NRI transactions. Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared, or a custom CRM catches every enquiry with the campaign context intact.
- ›Listing portals — 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, Sulekha, NoBroker feed sync
- ›CRM — Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared, or your custom CRM with source tagging
- ›WhatsApp Business API — Interakt, AiSensy, Gupshup, WATI for booking and update templates
- ›Payments — Razorpay, PayU, Stripe, Cashfree for token and NRI transactions
- ›E-signature — DocuSign, Zoho Sign, and Digio for agreements and allotment letters
- ›Analytics — GA4, Meta Pixel + CAPI, Google Ads Enhanced Conversions, LinkedIn Insight
- ›Ad-attribution — call tracking (CallHippo, Exotel), missed-call capture, IVR routing
- ›Google Business Profile — reviews sync, project posts, direction and call events
- ›Virtual tour tools — Matterport, Kuula, CloudPano, and native 360-video embeds
- ›Accounting sync — Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks for token and payment reconciliation
Real estate websites we build — by client type
Not every real estate website has the same shape. A large developer with 12 active projects needs a corporate site plus a fast microsite per launch. A single-project builder needs one high-conversion microsite with an inventory grid and an ad-friendly landing page. A broker network needs a searchable portal with agent logins and lead-routing rules. A luxury villa developer needs a slower, story-led site with high-resolution imagery and appointment-only enquiry flow. We scope each engagement to the client type, not a template bundle.
- ›Corporate developer sites — 8 to 20 active projects, multi-project inventory grid, unified brand
- ›Single-project microsites — one launch, one landing page, one booking flow, ad-traffic ready
- ›Luxury and villa developer sites — story-led, high-res imagery, appointment-only enquiry
- ›Broker and channel partner portals — agent login, lead routing, brokerage claim tracking
- ›Real estate marketplaces — multi-developer listings, agent verification, buyer accounts
- ›NRI-focused developer sites — INR + USD toggle, WhatsApp callback, timezone-aware slots
- ›Township and integrated development sites — masterplan explorer, phase-wise availability
- ›Commercial and office-space sites — floor-plate calculator, IT-park tenant fit-out gallery
What a real estate website costs in India
A single-project microsite for a builder — hero, USPs, floor plans, gallery, RERA, contact form with CRM push, and Google Maps — typically starts at around ₹85,000 and ships in three to four weeks. A corporate developer website with 5–10 project pages, project microsite templates, and a shared enquiry pipeline usually sits in the ₹2.5–6 lakh range and ships in six to ten weeks. A full portal — live inventory grid, site-visit booking, buyer portal, channel-partner login, and portal-listing sync — lands in the ₹6–15 lakh range depending on module count and CRM integration depth.
For NRI-market and Gulf-facing real estate portals with multi-currency display, WhatsApp Business API, and timezone-aware call scheduling, the equivalent US pricing starts at USD $4,500 for a single-project microsite, $12,000–$28,000 for a corporate developer site, and $18,000–$55,000 for a full portal with buyer accounts and CP logins.
We quote fixed-scope after a discovery call, and the number in your quotation is the number you pay. Support is a modest annual retainer for RERA update uploads, seasonal campaign landing pages, and quarterly performance reviews.
