Why I started Fruxinfo
Back in 2012, I kept noticing the same thing. The best business owners I knew were running everything from memory. Orders on WhatsApp, stock in one Excel sheet only a single person understood, loyal customers as names in a diary. They weren't small in ambition, only in the systems holding them up.
That is the problem I started Fruxinfo to solve.
It began with just me and a few clients, moving their scattered operations into one place they could rely on. Websites turned into CRMs, then automation, then full apps, because owners didn't want ten disconnected tools. They wanted one system that ran with them.
That is still the whole idea: centralize, automate, scale. We built our EFM™ framework around exactly that, and it's why clients stay for years, not seasons.
I've never believed enterprise-grade systems should belong only to enterprises. A factory owner in Ahmedabad deserves the same backbone a large company runs on. Building that is still my favourite part of the job.
